CREW EXPERIENCE & LOGISTICS

The roster is a plan.
The journey makes it work.

Bring schedules, crew notices, transport and accommodation into one coordinated workflow.

BEFORE REPORTING. AFTER EVERY CHANGE.

Clarity for crew.
Continuity for control.

The planned crew portal provides a personal view of duties, current documents, transport and requests. Each acknowledgement is linked to the specific assignment version presented to the crew member.

Ground transport planning considers travel time and rest opportunities alongside reporting requirements. Supplier confirmations, pickup changes and completed services remain linked to the relevant duty.

Communication with context

Track queued messages, provider acceptance, delivery and crew acknowledgement separately. Configure contact windows to respect protected rest periods.

Transport that follows the duty

A revised report time may require a new pickup, driver confirmation and updated crew notice. The workflow keeps those changes connected.

Qualifications that stay current

Assignment eligibility must reflect training and checking results, restrictions and recent experience requirements, as well as certificate expiry dates.

CONNECTED CREW SERVICES

People are part of the operational model.

Explore the defined modules supporting a crew member before, during and after an assignment.

M04Crew & qualifications

Check licences, ratings, medical certificate status and recent experience when assessing assignment eligibility.

Role and seat privileges; aircraft type and variant qualifications; restrictions and expiry dates; external work and supporting records. Access to detailed medical information is restricted.

M12Crew transport

Connect the published duty to the journey that gets a crew member there.

Pickup and drop-off requirements; travel times and rest opportunities; supplier and driver acceptance; versioned changes; completed services and costs. Routing optimisation is a later extension.

M13Crew communications

Track assignment versions, message delivery and crew acknowledgement separately.

SMS text messages and portal notices; message templates; delivery attempts; acknowledgement of the specific assignment version; protected contact windows. Additional providers and channels are phased extensions.

M14Crew portal

Give crew a clear view of their own schedule and the changes that affect them.

Responsive web access; roster and documents; transport details; acknowledgements; requests and fitness declarations. Native mobile applications are not part of the initial scope.

M15Leave & preferences

Assess leave requests against crew capacity, qualifications and operational coverage.

Leave requests and approval; capacity impact; basic preferences. Duty swaps, open-duty requests, structured bidding and preferential bidding are planned for later phases.

M16Training & checking

Keep training results connected to the privileges they enable or restrict.

Training prerequisites; instructor and examiner authorisations; signed results; recent experience requirements; controlled activation and suspension of qualifications. Full resource optimisation is a later capability.

M17Accommodation & positioning

Keep arrangements visible when they affect the legality of a duty.

Required accommodation and positioning records; confirmations and linked changes. Expanded supplier booking, cancellation and settlement workflows are planned for later phases.
