SAFETY & FATIGUE
Twelve connected product workstreams designed to support an airline’s Safety Management System (SMS), with protected information and clear accountability.
A SAFETY SYSTEM WITH FOLLOW-THROUGH
Flilu’s safety scope connects occurrence reports with hazards, risk assessments, assigned actions and reviews of control effectiveness. Its workstreams support safety policy, risk management, assurance and promotion.
The design separates confidential narratives and reporter identities from the operational restrictions that planners need. Safety risk acceptance is separate from crew eligibility and applicable duty, rest and medical restrictions.
Controlled policy, objectives, accountabilities and the SMS manual.
Mandatory and voluntary reporting, with distinct confidential and anonymous channels and appropriate feedback arrangements.
Hazards, consequences, evidence, approved matrix versions and residual risk.
Structured investigations; corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); named owners, deadlines and effectiveness reviews.
Defined indicators, exposure data, targets, thresholds and period snapshots.
Proportionate risk review, readiness and post-change assessment.
Independent assessment, findings, evidence and verified closure.
Track reporting deadlines, authorised submissions, receipts and follow-up.
Agendas, access-controlled decisions, resources and action follow-through.
Emergency response plan (ERP) documents, controlled contacts, activation records and exercises.
Needs-based training, bulletins, lessons learned and distribution evidence.
Separated identity storage, redacted views, need-to-know access and audit.

ASSURANCE, NOT JUST ADMINISTRATION
Named owners, review dates, evidence and residual-risk assessments are part of the defined workflow. Corrective actions require evidence of completion and a review of their effectiveness.
Safety indicators retain their purpose, exposure data and formula history. More reports may reflect a stronger reporting culture; zero reports does not establish zero risk.
Company risk acceptance, regulator decisions and software administration remain distinct.
Occurrence, awareness, notification, submission and receipt times are recorded independently.
A prepared report or a send attempt is not treated as an external authority’s receipt.
Flilu is designed to support an airline’s safety processes. Operational approvals, regulatory decisions and emergency notifications remain with the responsible organisations. ECCAIRS reporting interfaces, flight data monitoring (FDM) integration and licensed fatigue models are roadmap capabilities, subject to verified access and validation.
